Having only decided to set up the company over the summer, we have slowly evolved over the months and are now established with this website, a fortnightly blog, Twitter and Facebook pages. There’s much more to come in the New Year!
The New Year starts with a bang – the British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychology’s Annual Conference from 4-6 January 2017. I can scarcely believe that I will have participated in three days of protein rich presentations and workshops before the kids have even gone back to school, but I’m sure that it will be a well worth it!
We will continue with our fortnightly blog, but will kick off the year with a review of the British Army’s Human Resource Management system. Every week in January, we will benchmark the Army’s systems against the current HR trends as identified by the like of Deloitte and PA Consulting. This will be followed by the initial findings of my research, which I hope to present at the International Applied Military Psychology Symposium in the Spring – sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to ensure that you are the first to find out our news.
